Visit to “AI Education and Exploration Lab”
Upon the completion of the Project's "AI Education and Exploration Lab", the Lab is now welcome for all local schools for visit. The following will be demonstrated in the Lab: Student AI Workshop, AI Robot Car - CUHK-JC iCar, Air Hockey Robot, Face Recognition Door Opening System , Face Tracking Robot, Master Guess, Oil Painting Robot, Robomaster S1, Sisyphus (Visual Recognition Robot), Van Gogh App, Drawing Robot, Obama Reporter (Deepfake Technology), SenseStorm AI Visual Set and Next-Gen AIoT Kit.
As the school’s registration response is overwhelming, only a small number of the quota for 2022 remains. Please refer to the details below and register through the official website.

The CUHK has adopted the measures as follows with effective from 24 February 2022, to closely align with government’s health advice upon combating COVID-19 pandemic:
- All persons including visitors must have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccination in order to gain entry to the University campus and facilities. In accordance with the government’s scheme, the first dose must be taken by 24 February, and you must have taken at least two doses within eight weeks of this date.
- All visitors using a Hong Kong Identity Card or CUHK Alumni Credit Card must provide security personnel a digital or printed copy of a vaccination record showing at least one dose prior to entering the campus.
- All visitors unable to be vaccinated due to a valid medical reason must produce a medical certificate accompanied by a negative COVID-19 result issued within the past seven days. The University accepts results from government recognised PCR-based nucleic acid test for COVID-19 as well as commercially available COVID-19 rapid test kits.
