“Enriched IT Programme” Partner School students won two Gold and one Silver medals in Infomatrix 2019 held at Romania (with photos)
Enriched IT Class students of Shun Tak Fraternal Association Yung Yau College participated in the Infomatrix 2019 held in Bucharest, Romania from 20 April to 24 April. They won two Gold and one Silver medals in the category of Computer Art.
Awardees include :
Gold Medal (Computer Art) - Wai Ming Chan, his entry titled “The Paper World”.
Gold Medal (Computer Art) - Hin Shing Lam, his entry titled “Harass”.
Silver Medal (Computer Art) - Tsz Wai Ng, his entry titled “Worm”.
Both students S5 Wai Ming Chan and S3 Hin Shing Lam won the gold medal and ranked second and third in the category of Computer Art with their computer animation "The Paper World" with the theme of environmental protection and "Harass" with the theme of respect.
Infomatrix is an international computer project competition, born from a desire to bring the world's best IT students together. The competition is not just about promoting professional excellence; it also serves to promote intercultural dialogue and cooperation, through the involvement of students and teachers from all around the world. This year, more than 1 016 secondary students from more than 46 countries participated in different categories.
